culbpk is required under its international gaming license to perform Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address documentation such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months may also be required.
Withdrawal requests from any culbpk account will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. culbpk reserves the right to place a hold on account funds during the KYC review period.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your culbpk login credentials, including your username and password. Players will be notified of any significant changes to available payment methods via their registered email address.
All deposits to your culbpk account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. culbpk reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. culbpk aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification and internal fraud screening. culbpk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
PKR Transactions Only: All culbpk financial transactions — deposits, withdrawals, game stakes, and winnings — are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by culbpk on PKR transactions.
culbpk operates strict Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") procedures in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that culbpk reasonably believes may constitute money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities. Associated accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and funds held pending the outcome of that investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by culbpk are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your culbpk account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. culbpk actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, culbpk reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, remove bonus funds, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.
culbpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts in good standing prior to the change.
All sports bets placed on the culbpk sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market as displayed on the platform at the time of bet placement. culbpk reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of a sporting event is in doubt, or where a player has placed a bet using information unavailable to the general public at the time of bet placement.
PSL, Pakistan international cricket, and other cricket betting markets on culbpk are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will follow the rules as displayed in the relevant market at the time of bet placement. culbpk's settlement decisions on cricket markets are final.
All culbpk casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are governed by the individual game rules as presented within each game interface. culbpk casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Upon account closure for any breach of these terms, culbpk will review the account balance and may, at its discretion, return verified real-funds deposits to the original payment method following a completed investigation. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be voided in all cases of account closure due to breach of terms.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting culbpk support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-funds balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification and standard fraud screening.
All content on the culbpk platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of culbpk or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any culbpk content without the prior written consent of culbpk. Unauthorised use of culbpk intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.
The culbpk name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of the platform operator. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the player.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, culbpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the culbpk platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.
culbpk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-funds deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
culbpk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects. In the event of a system failure that results in an incorrectly credited game outcome, culbpk reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance accordingly, with prior notification to the player.
